MyHOA-online.com is an online cloud-based management service that provides the tools and support required to facilitate small to mid sized homeowner associations in being self-managed. By eliminating the traditional property management company “middleman” and replacing their services with online automated services, HOA costs can be kept down while dramatically improving the quality of service and accountability to the homeowners in the association which helps to improve the quality of life and home values for everyone in the community. Our online services make it possible for the Board Directors and Officers of the association to have direct control and visibility into the day to day operations of the community in which they serve while leaving a legacy of continuity for subsequent HOA Board Officers.

The MyHOA-online.com system gives the HOA an always open virtual office where members and directors can in seconds find out anything they need to know about their HOA and surrounding communities. Directors use the system to coordinate their tasks, review HOA business, keep track of the real time finances, interact with HOA members and much more. Realtors, Title and Escrow agents use it when homes sell or are refinanced. Homeowners can access their complete history - payments made, ACC Requests, Violation Reports and any other formal business with the HOA over time and because MyHOA-online.com integrates tightly with the county online records you can also easily find your official property records.

The core operation of MyHOA-online is by definition “online” and all homeowners that are able are encouraged to participate in the HOA electronically. And while an ever increasing number of us use the internet daily their are however, some homeowners, that for whatever reason, choose to not be online or conduct business online. Rest assured that these homeowners are not forgotten and can still interact with the HOA through phone or regular US Mail.

The MyHOA-online.com management basic service includes but is not limited to:

  • MyHOA-online Web Application Account For Your HOA
    • Includes individual user accounts for all HOA members.
    • Officers of the Board have management access to all accounts.
  • Collecting dues and paying all HOA expenses.
  • Direct coordination with all regular contractors and vendors except those that have been specifically arranged for by the members of the HOA Board of Directors.
  • All mailings and Invoices to homeowners.
