1) Call Meeting to Order (Felicity) 7:05

Owners Present: Ray Vefik, Chris Holle, Megan and Andrew Rewolinski

3) Reading/Approval of Minutes waived, quorum not met last meeting or this meeting

4) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer

  • Review of MyHOA-online.com LLC Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings
    • Outstanding AR reviewed
    • Budget YTD reviewed
  • Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves 
    • Totals: Operating Balance:$61,092.40 Total Reserves:$97,444.92 Total Assets:$158,537.32
5) HOA Manager’s Report (Eydie, MyHOA-Online.com LLC)
 
Landscaper change in March 2023 and check in on current performance
 
 
6) Old Business
  • Landscaping issues - new landscapers started March 2023

7) New Business

  • Nomination and election for expired and expiring board terms could not be held due to no quorum
    • Lionel willing to stay of for remainder of Feliciy's 2-yr term to help transition to new board.
    • Criss and Felicity will be stepping down, Criss term is expired, Felisity with one more year.
    • Board answered questions and described commitment to Megan and Chris who expressed interest in joining the board

11) Motion to Adjourn Regular Meeting 735PM, owner portion adjourned, and Board meeting began at 740pm with appointments noted above.

 

Board of Directors Meeting

All prior agenda items covered in owner town Hall

  • Current board voted unanimously to appoint Lionel to Felicity's remaining year, Chris Holle to Chriss Vefik's expired term for 2-yrs and Megan to Lionel's expired 2-yr term running to 2026.
    • Chris and Felicity asked to be excused, and new board continued with board meeting.
  • New board voted to make Lionel President, Megan Secretary/Treasurer and Chris Director-at-Large
  • Board unanimously approved meeting minutes from board meeting in November that followed budget meeting.
  • Board unanimously approved ratification of vote taken between meetings and enter into minutes as:
