1)   Call Meeting to Order: 6:11 pm (Doug)

2)   Attendance and Verification of Quorum

3)   Reading & Approval of Minutes from prior BOD Meeting

a.     Mar 21, 2023 - Approved (Unanimous)

4)    Ratification of voting report for “in between meeting” votes

a.     Voting between meetings – Ratified (Unanimous)

5)    Reports of Officers: President, Vice Presidents, and Treasurer and any Committee leads

a.     Treasurers Report: 

                                  i.    Snapshot of operating budget

                                 ii.    Outstanding Dues

1.     5 homeowners with outstanding balances

2.     Outstanding balances as of May 22^nd will receive lien notice. 

6)    Property Manager’s Report

a.     Tim’s Landscape will provide key for dog bags station at park

7)    Old Business

a.     Open Issues that require board approval

                                 i.    Missing Street Light at the corner of 301^st & 60^th.

1.    Utility Replaced Street Light in April. 

b.    CC&R Amendment Progress

                                 i.    The Board will consider revisions to Article XII Section 8 – Garbage and Refuse and Article XII Section 20 – Gardens, Play Equipment, Sport Courts, Pools, Spas and Basketball Standards. 

                                ii.    Enforcement of basketball hoop and garbage cans standards will remain on hold though June 2023 pending the outcome of the official vote from homeowners.   

8)   New business 

a.    New Open Issues:

                                  i.    ACC Request 18785 (See voting record below) - Closed

b.    Spring Newsletter:

                                  i.    Board to draft newsletter in May.  Angela to distribute 2022 copy for reference.

c.    Activities:

                                 i.    National Night Out scheduled for August 1, 2023

1.    Matt to lead planning effort.

                                ii.    International Picnic TBD
