Other issues:  

Sprinkler system 

We need new underground wires from pole to meter box 

-Eydie to email a contractor she likes who can do it all 

-Dave to follow up with PSE and confirm if the underground wire is our responsibility.  PSE is claiming it is a commercial hookup, so the wire is our responsibility.   

-need a 2’ deep approx. 60’ long ditch dug for new wires from the pole to meter box 

Brightview estimating 40 labor hours and provided an estimate of $3829.71 (this does not include tax) 

-Fuller electric estimate:  

$11,943.43 cost, includes tax 

  • Install new municipal power supply to power company junction point near power pole 
  • Lay out digging team (digging by others) for trench design 
  • Private utility scanning is NOT included 
  • Power company coordination (utility charges not included) 

 

Budget:  

Reviewed budget to date 

Down to six people who haven’t paid HOA dues = $4,153 

Operating balance: $56,160 

Total Reserves: $47,764.23 

Total Assets: $103,924.23
