Need the tree branches cut back near the southern end of the play structure, need to be 84 inches from the structure 

Let Eydie know when these two items are complete so it can be closed online 

Approved to have our collections policy reviewed by Sound Legal Partners and make suggestions.  We can then combine this notice to home owners with any other rule changes.  $425 flat fee 

Cedcore reserve study plan – July 8th was the last one 

Will need it done for this year.  Approved.

Reviewed balances through May 

$105,521 assets, $59,557.13 balance + reserves 

10 people haven’t paid their dues in full so far 

7 people have not paid anything to date 

Eydie authorized to automatically send lien and collections notices when a balance outstanding hits $500
