As of Feb. 28th, 36 homeowners owe some sort of balance.  When the next balance due notices go out on March 18, Eydie to send lien warning notices to all homeowners with a debt more than $1,000.  

3% Brightview fee increase.  $21,667.10 annually + sales tax of 8.7%.  This is within our budget of $25,153 for landscaping.

Issues passed during the board meeting: 

18023 Brigthview increase.  The board approved the new contract.   

18033 Tree looks like it is going to fall onto the homeowner’s property.  We approved the expense of having it cut down.
