1) Tatyana Called Meeting to Order 6:15pm via WebEx

2) Attendance and verification of quorum

2 of 3 board members present at beginning--quorum achieved, 3rd joined late but did attend: Tatyana Zhuravlev, Estela Duran, Tracy Cao; HOA manager- Eydie Leighty 

3) Reading/Approval of Minutes from 12/19/22 were read, Tatyana motioned to approve, Estela seconded, carried; also issues between 12/19/22-02/20/23, all were ratified unanimously

Eydie explained the site processor version update underway, summary will render totals incorrectly until the temporary transactions are removed. the following is the actual financial asset report per the bank statement end of January (higher balances than reported on the site):

5) Old business:

Still awaiting bids for the play structure slat repair and the path cleaning. Benches were repaired by Tatyana's husband--thank you!

6) New business:

The following issues were voted on and passed unanimously in this meeting:

Tracy Cao was elected to be Secretary unanimously; all other officer positions remain the same.
