Board of Directors Meeting

1.       Members Present: Frank Bannister, Paul Drumheller. Thomas Harker, Jeong Lee. Miriam Daud, plus our Management Company Officials (Michael and Eydie). Board Session started immediately after the Annual Meeting was adjourned.

 The board voted unanimously to stay in their same officer roles. 

2.       Issue Discussion: Eydie presented a list of Issues that required either Board Guidance or approval from the date 11 July 2022 until 14 December 22. The board voted to ratify and enter them into the minutes.

The Board discussed all pending issues needing votes and provided guidance as needed. Results are recorded on the HOA Management site which is available to Board Members and affected Homeowners and included in the list above.

 3.       Gravel Replacement: The Board discussed the State of gravel path in the Dog Park and Eydie stated she would get a bid to add gravel to the path.

 4.       Eydie Contacted the landscaping company to increase services for Trash Pickup during the months of January and February 2023. Service also includes replacing the doggie bags in the receptacles in each park.

 5.       Next Board Meeting: Jeong Lee will schedule next Board Meeting during second or third week of March 2023, exact date to be determined. 

 6.       Adjournment:  Board Meeting was adjourned at 2133 hours.
