Budget Meeting - town hall and BOD meeting minutes
Dec. 1, 2022
1) Call Meeting to Order - 7:07 pm (Jen Hartvickson)
- Welcome/General Announcements
- Roll call--The Bradfords, Ronrico Hawkins, Jen Hartvickson and Jennifer Schafer present, plus 4 proxies (Eydie for mgt)
- Counting of proxies--25% of members present (10 req'd)--only 8 present so no votes can be taken
2) Officer reports - none

- Reading of last years’ minutes (waived, no quorum)
4) Treasurer- (Eydie Leighty and Chanital Butler)
- Review of 2022 actuals and 2023 board approved budget
5) Manager's report (Eydie Leighty)
nothing of significance to report--Eydie to report to landscaper than path to school is not being weeded. Shared see click fix as a recourse to resolve dumping and city are maintenance and catch basin filter cloth by mailbox needed. Call non-emergency police for public Street parking issue at corner.

- 2023 Budget ratification - all present approved, budget ratified per RCW with less than 51% of owners voting no
- Tabled Bylaw change vote regarding the due date of annual assessments:
- Current language: As to each particular lot involved, the liability for the annual assessment shall begin on the 1st day of January of each calendar year and shall be payable on or before the 30th day of January of each year so long as the assessment is in effect.
- Proposed language: As to each particular lot involved, the liability for the annual assessment shall begin on the 1st day of January of each calendar year and shall be due on a date to be determined by the board each year so long as the assessment is in effect.
- Tabled Bylaw change vote to allow the annual budget and election meetings to both be combined into one meeting to be held each year in 4th quarter instead of 1st quarter
