Annual HOA Meeting and Subsequent board meeting – Carrington Meadows
November 17th, 2022
Present: Steve, Heather, Eydie (Manager)
Meeting called to order at 7:09 (AJ absent)
There were no owners present other than board, so no minutes or business was conducted with owners, we proceeded to the annual board meeting.
Vote to ratify minutes taken at last meeting 10/20/22
Steve motions to approve, Heather seconds - approved unanimously
No votes taken without a meeting since last meeting
Reviewed Open Issues –
1. Vote on Turf request
a. Steve and Heather already voted to approve
b. Waiting on AJ
2. Vote to renew Tim’s service
a. Postponed to give directors a chance to review changes to 2023 contract
