• Tabled topics:

• • Possible parking CC&R changes or rule changes
  • Community art wall (on hold for Spring or summer 2023 when school is back)
  • Replacement of table in gazebo (do at same time as small structure with same company in 2024?)

  • Park rules sign and changes. Include times open, overnight vs park use parking status--no update--tabled until parks amenities are rehomed and added. Eydie to get sign quote and post issue for the expenditure for sport court sign. On hold for playground bids on repairs, will be included. 
  • Rules rewrite for park parking (for park use only) and to include hydrants and any other changes. 
  • 118th Park amenity relocation and additions-Brian Goff provided his research for future reference. 

• Move money into reserves at end of year for resale contributions (currently at $9500 will be more at year end, there is still two months of reserves contributions at $15,100 each to transfer in)- MSP Motion to approve by Laura, 2nd by Amanda, passed unanimously.
• The monuments on the main entrance in were cleaned accidentally in August in lieu of another HOA who ordered it at $495, the vendor made a mistake and did ours which was discussed and recommended by Don but never voted on. Do we want to pay the vendor? VOTE FAILED

• Budget Review - Reserves up to 36% from 17%, now in the medium risk zone instead of the high-risk zone.
• Reviewed Reserve Study - We are on track to be fully funded
• Completed Budget planning for 2023 - Voted to approve MSP Motion to approve by Laura, 2nd by Amanda, passed unanimously.
• Issue 17756 Budget for community holiday funds - Vote to approve $150 for prizes for holiday coloring contest MSP Motion to approve by Laura, 2nd by Amanda, passed unanimously.
• Reviewed, edited, and approved the Living At Bridges HOA annual meeting notice for homeowners MSP Motion to approve by Laura, 2nd by Amanda, passed unanimously.
