NSR HOA Qtr Board Meeting
Meeting minutes were reviewed from 8/31/22 board meeting and ratified unanimously
Votes taken without a meeting from Sept 1- Oct 25 were NOT reviewed or ratified and thus will need to be done at the next meeting.

Reserve Study motion made and seconded to transfer ops funds to make sure starting balance on reserves for 2023 is $20,782 VOTE - 5 Yea - 0 No's - 0 Abstentions
Vote Park Play structure inspection-- motion made and seconded to revisit whether to do a play structure/park inspection in 2 more years Structure VOTE - 5 Yea - 0 No's - 0 Abstentions Voted to Bring back to the table in 2024
- Action: Will submit issue in mgmt system issue regarding creating "at your own risk" Sign for usage
Play Chips
Discussed and Removed from Budget--board didn't feel any additional play chips were necessary at this time.

- Sprinkler System Explanation of Lot#6
- Installation of sprinkler heads
- $700 Quote from Fancy Plants Passed Partial Vote* - 3 Yea - 0 No's - 0 Abstentions
*Calvin and Joey - had Dropped from call - @ 8:15pm and 8:33pm respectively, with 3 still present there was still a quorum
We do not have unanimous consent on ISSUE 17678, so it is tabled for further conversation, was not fully voted however it was not possible to gain unanimous consent so it will need to be discussed in a meeting with quorum.
