Special Board Meeting minutes
Meeting called to order at 6:10 pm 10/20/2022 (Steve taking minutes until Heather can take over)
3 board members present (AJ, Heather and Steve) to make a quorum and Eydie led the meeting on the president’s behalf.
Reviewed and approved the minutes from board meetings from Nov 30, 2020, that previously were not ratified, and from November 18, 2021.
AJ motioned and Steve seconded each and they then each were approved.
Heather takes over minutes 6:25pm
• Voted to ratify actions approved since meeting in 2021 and enter into minutes
o Steve motioned to approve, AJ seconded, approved unanimously

Management addressed questions about Reserve Study
• Voted to amend the reserve study report to reflect the correct actual starting balance of $14,947.57, but still keep the same monthly contribution of $490 even if full amount is not needed, to accelerate reaching the funding goal. The rest of the Reserve Study to be approved as is.
o Steve motioned to approve, AJ seconded, approved unanimously
Management reviewed the mgt proposed Budget for 2023; addressed questions about insurance, communications, playground inspection, etc.
• Voted to approve the budget as recommended by management.
