Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by President Susie Towill

Minutes from the January and March meeting were ratified as were the votes taken without a meeting:

Passed Voting Results Report - 2022-03-23 to 2022-04-14

• We reviewed the financial reports; all in good order and within budget.  Dues collection on track.

Committee reports:  

Jessica is preparing a Save-the-date card.  It will list the neighborhood garage sale on May 7th, the bike parade on July 4th and the national night out in August(?)

George is still working on getting a proposal from Great Expectations Landscaping to spruce up the entrance on 175th way.

We voted on Willie Blackburn taking over for Susie as president.  The vote was a unanimous yes

Susie mentioned that Meagan McBride is willing to fill out Susie’s position on the board

We discussed issues and talked about a house with too many cars parked in the driveway and on the street, sometimes blocking the mailboxes.  

We talked about houses with poorly kept lawns

We talked about various cars seen speeding in the neighborhood

We wished Susie the best of luck with her move and adjourned the meeting.
