1) Call Meeting to Order (Tom C.)

5) Financial Review March statement:
- Income/Dues delinquencies: one is three months behind including March
- Expenses: Tree maintenance: $5,869.80, HOA Insurance: $1,521.96
- Reserve Balance: $70,129.16
6) Old Business
- Issue 14429: Request to stain fence - approved
- Issue 14420: Request to conceal utility box at large lake with plants/shrubs: Tom C checking with city on painting and planting restrictions.
- Issue 14421: Damage to lawn by courts, vandalism – Issue addressed. Solution will follow under Issue 11342.
- Issue 14360: Request for window replacement, remove shrubs – approved
- Issue 14350: Request for storage shed – approved
- Issue 11342: Illegal Activity at Dead End Safety – RFA approved Fire Access Gate on 279th. Need to file permit and communicate with residents. Lake Winterwood is in need of a 34ft. gate. Tom C to follow up with bids. Next steps: review bids, file for permit, add into budget, develop timeline for completion and communication to residents. Discussed communication at annual meeting.
- Issue 11730: Drainage issue in the park – in review
- Locked Mailboxes: Letter approved and sent to six residents.
- Status of Easter Egg Hunt: Scheduled for Saturday, April 16th at 11 am.
- Neighborhood garage sale: checking on dates to coordinate with Winterwood Estates. Leesa S. contacting Winterwood Estates for date.
- Spring Cleanup: Scheduled for Saturday, June 11th. Details to follow.
7) New Business
- Standing water in drainage ditch. Report a problem to covingtonwa.gov. Lake Winterwood’s treatment of ditches takes place in April, June and October
- National Night Out – Lake Winterwood will host National Night Out. Confirming date of Tuesday, August 2nd. Details to follow.
8) Next BOD Meeting: Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Elizabeth T’s home
