Meeting called to order January 24, 2022 @ 5:30 PM

• Landscaper Bids

 Landscaping:

• Received 4 out of 6 bids:
• 2 net new
  • 1 Westview resident bid (Sopheap)
  • 1 incumbent (Green Mountain)

• Mow and blow
• Fertilized
• Mostly walk around the pond

Pond Maintenance:

• Concerned about fertilizer around the pond
• Various supplier concerns:
  • Dragon Fly– only does herbicide/insecticide
    Dragon Fly edge only every week
  • No picking of weeds
  • Not a wide range of rates between the bids
  • Someone who lives here will be invested
  • Incumbent doesn’t do much 

Recommending Soapheap Bou as official landscaper

• Blaize motions Sopheap Bou
• Casadoro and Williams second and thirds the motion
• Casadoro to inform current incumbent

Monument Water Systems:

• Soaker hose all buried – need to uncover
• A few sprinklers head need replacements
• D. Casadoro will speak with Sopheap for the work

MyHOA Management Company:

• Contract signed and contract is in effect Feb 1
• Provided start up and first month of the contract

Next Westview Board Meeting:

• May 16th at 6:00
• MyHOA will attend meeting

Board Nominations, motioned, seconded and passed unanimously:

• Blaize to assume role of Treasurer
• Chris Blair to stay on as assistant treasurer until all dues collected and transitioned to MyHOA
• Williams to assume role of Secretary

Compliance Committee

• Sanders and Neal as community volunteers
• Casadoro to be named board member for compliance communities
• Blaize and Williams to accompany Compliance Committee for first couple walk through
• Monthly Cadence
• Start in February
• 10 days to fix – 1st offense
• Warning letter – 2nd offense
• 3rd Notice – Fine
