o Concern expressed that the Board did not notify the homeowners that reserves were used. This was an oversight and going forward the management company will ensure such notification occurs

• Reserver study - every 3-year study to do bark Lot 16 changed his vote to ratify the budget Special Assessments:

erminology:

• Board of Directors. The initial Board of directors shall be [WERE] Harry Schneider, Russell Tye and Josh Schneider. At the First Annual Meeting in January 2019, Josh Schneider opened the floor for nominations of residents to serve as a Director. He said that the members would elect three Directors. • Per the Washington Code RCW 64.38.010 "Board of directors" or "board" means the body, regardless of name, with primary authority to manage the affairs of the association. At Westview Meadows, there are no other governing bodies as of this writing. The three member positions of the Board of Directors (and ACC) may have been referred to as different titles from time to time, however there are no other than these three Board Directors that fulfill the positions of President – Treasurer and Secretary. These are the sole elected officials; nobody has the description of Executive.
