- Discussed tree across path and benches
6) Old Business
- discussed painting perimeter fence, deciding on a stain color
7) New Business
- Vote for CEDCORE 3-year reserve study contract approved for renewal unanimously
- Issue 13408 driveway sinking, board reviewed and concluded it does need repair, owner had appealed the necessity.
- Issue 9988 Discussed home paint job incomplete, a follow up letter to be sent to the owner to get it completed by Dec 26. Missed area around upper window and a few other small places.
