5) Old Business
  1. Homeowner ACC request to install solar power was approved June 8, 2021
  2. Clubhouse parking lot barrier - approved to pay up to $606 for repairs. Amount to be reported to court for suspect to be charged for payment. 
  3. Mailbox at main entrance replaced today. Jadivan is handing keys out to homeowners that use it. 
  4. Shed demolition, gutter repair and sign and cable gate repair is scheduled for this week 
6) New Business
  1. Asphalt on common area - will send letter to homeowners that it is encroachment and will be maintained by HOA in future
  2. Issues older than July 2020 to be closed. Board to do walkthroughs and open new issues as needed
  3. Re-divided map among board for responsibility for walkthroughs. Eydie will send out update.
