Meeting Minutes
June 10, 2021
I. Call to Order and Roll Call
Susanne Towill called to order the regular meeting of the Foxwood HOA Board at 7:11 PM on June 10, 2021. This was an online Webex meeting.
The following board members were present: Susanne Towill (President), Willie Blackburn (Treasurer), Linda Audino (Secretary), George Barnes (ACC), Scott Johnson (Director), Weston Gramer (Director), Eydie and Michael Leighty (MyHOA-online).
Absent - Pat Rowe (Safety), Jess Anderson (Welcome)
The board minutes from May 13, 2021 were reviewed. There was a minor wording change on a budget category in the financial report. Willie made a motion, Scott seconded, and the minutes were approved for publishing.
Online Votes - Scott made a motion to ratify online votes from 5/14/21 through 6/10/21. The motion was seconded by Linda. No one was opposed; all approved.

II. Finance Report
- We reviewed current finances and the budget. Our Operating Balance as of the end of April was $59,706; our Total Reserves was $17,665. Total Assets were $77,371.
- Six owners are not at zero balance on dues.
- We are a little past budget on legal, but this will be made up when issues are cleared.
- Bill for bark will be due soon.
- Issue #11776 - The board had approved a payment plan scheduled to start May 31. No payment has been received so account will be sent to collection.
III. Management Report
- Issues #12461 and 12428 were both approved by ACC.
- Issue #12404 - We got bids from All Phase and Paul & Ed's for cleaning our mailbox covers. George made a motion to select Paul & Ed's. Scott seconded, and the board approved.
- The date has changed for the fence staining. Susie will create a notice with new date, and Scott and George will deliver to affected owners. Anyone wanting to paint over the stain on the inside of fence will need to submit an ACC request. Owners will need to guarantee their stain will not bleed through to street side or they will have to correct at their own expense.
IV. Committee Reports
Welcome/Social - Jess was not at the meeting, but it was noted that about 12-15 people participated in the Foxwood Garage sale. We might want to consider starting on a Friday next time. Everyone felt it was a good first step.
ACC
- Bark was blown in by Aardvark; it was a little too fine.
- Westin will not be serving on ACC; Pat has not yet responded.
- Weeds near the entrance from fence to street are not being maintained by Great Results. George will give Great Results a picture with a line showing the specific area owned by Foxwood.
V. Old Business - Scott reminded us that the city has not responded to his See Click Fix reports about compression brakes and speeding on 256th. A suggestion was made to contact Covington Councilwoman Elizabeth Porter as she did a presentation at our last annual meeting.
VI. Adjournment
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 7:00 PM.
