Meeting Minutes

Call to Order and Roll Call
After the November 2nd Annual Meeting, Susanne Towill called to order a Foxwood HOA Board Meeting at 8:48 PM on November 2, 2020. This was an online Webex meeting.
The following board members were present: Susanne Towill (President), Kevin Proett (Vice-President), Linda Audino (Secretary), Pat Rowe (Safety), Scott Johnson (Director), Jess Anderson (Welcome), Willie Blackburn (Director), Weston Gramer (Director), Eydie and Michael Leighty (MyHOA-online).
Absent: George Barnes (ACC)
Welcome Committee - Holiday Lights Night will be on December 19th from 4:30-6:30. There will be a scavenger hunt, hot cocoa, and voting on favorite light displays.
Board Positions Voted on and passed by the board:
- Pat will continue to chair Safety, and Jess will continue to chair Welcome.
- Susie is willing to continue as President, as is Linda as Secretary. However, both members are willing to step down if others are interested in those positions.
- Willie is interested in being Treasurer.
- Weston would like to be a member-at-large with an interest in helping with the safety/speeding problem and the Welcome Committee.
The next board meeting will be on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM on Webex. Board meetings will be scheduled for the second Thursday of each month at 7 PM.
Susie adjourned the meeting at 9:05 PM.
