New and Short Term Business
 
Pat related information from the city that raw eggs are being thrown on car windshield to stop vehicles for robbery. He will send the specifics to Jackie to include in the next newsletter.
 
Ongoing Business
 
Randy called City Code Compliance reporting nine outstanding home issues. They are dealing with a drug house issues and our complaints will be dealt with later on their list. Ongoing with noted progress
 
Randy will purchase a curb house number painting kit and offer free painting to paid HOA members It was unanimously agreed. Unanimously agreed to pay $8 per house for painting. Work TBD: Randy checked with Robert about painting method/stencil (he uses cut out cardboard). Hardware stores will be checked for possible plastic that may be more durable to use. Curb painting will be postponed until Spring.
 
Safe City — report suspicious activity to the Safe City web site.
 
Vinyl fence — Carl was not present. No progress by Carl in checking with a lawyer on the wording for an amendment to CC& R 3.7 so that a vinyl fence can be installed on the greenbelt. The amendment will specifically ask if a vinyl fence is acceptable. Carl has agreed to pay the costs associated with the lawyer, printing the letters, two envelopes per lot, and stamps for the mailing and return envelopes. Carl has not attended an HOA meeting for several months; no progress
