Minutes of September 25, 2017 meeting approved

Treasurer's Report - 65 total paid members out of 166 homes

October starting balance - $6,536.66
   Balance owed to C&C Lawn Service for islands maintenance - $687.00
   Reimbursed Randy for curb painting supplies - $219.30
   Deposited memberships paid through PayPal (minus PayPal fees) - $113.22
October ending balance - $5,743.58

New and Short Term Business:

• Several houses will be noted to City Code Compliance (parking on sidewalks gravel areas, etc.) Ongoing Business
  
  
• Randy will purchase a curb house number painting kit and offer free painting to paid HOA members. It was unanimously agreed. Unanimously agreed to pay $8 per house for painting. Work TBD: Randy will check with Robert for painting method/stencil.
  
  
• Safe City — report suspicious activity to the Safe City web site.
  
  
• Vinyl fence — Carl was not present. No progress by Carl in checking with a lawyer on the wording for an amendment to CC&R 3.7 so that a vinyl fence can be installed on the greenbelt. The amendment will specifically ask if a vinyl fence is acceptable. Carl has agreed to pay the costs associated with the lawyer, printing the letters, two envelopes per lot, and stamps for the mailing and return envelopes. Carl did not attend this meeting; no progress.
