• There was no quorum for June 19th meeting.
• There was no quorum for July 24th meeting.

Treasurer's Report - 59 total paid members out of 166 homes

June starting balance - $7,221.64
    Deposited 1 member payment - $20
June ending balance - $7,241.64

July starting balance - $7,241.64
   Purchased two rubber stamps - $76.98
   Deposited 2 member payments - $40
July ending balance - $7,204.66

August starting balance - $7,204.66
   Deposited 1 member payment - $20
August ending balance - $7,224.66

New and Short Term Business:

• Randy will check with PayPal for location of deposits.
  
  
• Web Listings, Inc. is requesting $85 to include search engine optimization. It was unanimously agreed that this fee would not be paid.
  
  
• Randy contacted C&C Lawn Service for an estimate to do HOA island maintenance. The estimate was $1,300. It was unanimously agreed to pay this amount.

Ongoing Business

• Randy will purchase a curb house number painting kit and offer free painting to paid HOA members. It was unanimously agreed. Unanimously agreed to pay $8 per house for painting.
  
  
• Safe City — report suspicious activity to the Safe City web site.
  
  
• Vinyl fence — Carl was not present. No progress by Carl in checking with a lawyer on the wording for an amendment to CC&R 3.7 so that a vinyl fence can be installed on the greenbelt. The amendment will specifically ask if a vinyl fence is acceptable. Carl has agreed to pay the costs associated with the lawyer, printing the letters, two envelopes per lot, and stamps for the mailing and return envelopes. Carl did not attend this meeting; no progress.
