Treasurer's Report - 49 paid members out of 158 homes

May starting balance $7,147.58
   Deposited 4 member payments - $80
   Paid Secretary of State for Incorporation - $10
   Paid $35.94 for new supply of checks
May ending balance $7,221.64

New and Short Term Business

• Newsletter was revised to include additional meeting information and actual dates for the proposed Summer Block Party.

Ongoing Business

• Randy will purchase a curb house number painting kit and offer free painting to paid HOA members. It was unanimously agreed.
  
  
• Safe City — report suspicious activity to the Safe City web site.
  
  
• Vinyl fence — Carl was not present. No progress by Carl in checking with a lawyer on the wording for an amendment to CC&R 3.7 so that a vinyl fence can be installed on the greenbelt. The amendment will specifically ask if a vinyl fence is acceptable. Carl has agreed to pay the costs associated with the lawyer, printing the letters, two envelopes per lot, and stamps for the mailing and return envelopes.

• Monthly HOA meeting — June 19, July 24, August 21, September 18, and October 23 @ 7:00 PM FW Library on 1st Ave in Conference Room 1.
