Minutes of March 20, 2017 meeting approved

Treasurer's Report - 27 paid members out of 170 homes

April starting balance $7,147.58
   Deposited 5 member payments - $100
   Reimbursed Randy for Articles of Incorporation fee - $10 Paid $90 for DOB
April ending balance $7,187.58

New and Short Term Business:

• Jackie will put together a newsletter to go out in the spring, preferably May, so that there is a long advance notice for the garage sale and July 4th notices.
  
  
• Pat will contact The Ridge HOA to find out when they have scheduled their garage sale so that we can partner with them on the same day.
  
  
• Discussion of the possibility of a summer "block party" for the HOA.
  
  
• FIRST PERSON paid via PayPal on our website!
  
  
• Jackie to contact Lindsey Sperry at FW Police Dept. to find out if they have a list of outside video cameras that residents can volunteer to be included on in order to help solve crimes.

Ongoing Business

• Randy will purchase a curb house number painting kit and offer free painting to paid HOA members. It was unanimously agreed.
  
  
• Safe City — report suspicious activity to the Safe City web site.
  
  
• Vinyl fence — Carl was not present. No progress by Carl in checking with a lawyer on the wording for an amendment to CC&R 3.7 so that a vinyl fence can be installed on the greenbelt. The amendment will specifically ask if a vinyl fence is acceptable. Carl has agreed to pay the costs associated with the lawyer, printing the letters, two envelopes per lot, and stamps for the mailing and return envelopes.
