Treasurer's Report - 16 paid members out of 170 homes

January starting balance $6,398.52
   Deposited 16 member payments $320
January ending balance $6,718.52

New and Short Term Business:

• Clean up of islands and 330th Street hill scheduled for August 27th. Done
• Gas pipe work — Done
• Jackie volunteered to help Sue set up a PayPal account for the HOA as an easy alternative to pay the annual dues. Cost is approximately 2.75% of the transaction. Sue will be using the HOA tax id to establish the PayPal account (TBD). Randy, Jackie and Scott will go to Wells Fargo Bank to take Scott off the HOA account and add Randy and Jackie.
• Scott transferred the HOA e-mail to Randy.
• Sue received documentation from a process server regarding a foreclosure.

Ongoing Business

• Safe City — report suspicious activity to the Safe City web site.
  
  
• Vinyl fence — Carl was present. Carl decided that he will not be paying for the amendment of CC&R 3.7 so that a vinyl fence can be installed on the greenbelt. There was discussion on allowing vinyl fence on the greenbelt in the spirit of the CC&R. Since the CC&R is associated with each lot in the division, the Board will be exceeding their authority unless we follow the Section V 5.1 Amendment "This declaration can be amended by an affirmative vote of the owners of not less than seventy-five (75%) of the Lots".

Future meetings

• Monthly HOA meeting — February 27, March 20 and April 17 @ 7:00 PM FWR on 1st Ave in the Conference Room.
