New and Short Term Business
- Island beautification
- 328th St & 4th Ave Island. The rocks are in place. The proposed bench will wait until Spring. It was proposed that a low cost bench could be found at Goodwill.
- 28th Pl Island – resident complaint. Definitely needs to be cleaned up, ivy removed, and limbed.
- Domain name automatically renews in June ($45).
Ongoing Business
- Vinyl fence – Carl was not present. No progress by Carl in checking with a lawyer on the wording for an amendment to CC&R 3.7 so that a vinyl fence can be installed on a greenbelt. The amendment will specifically ask if a vinyl fence is acceptable. Carl has agreed to pay the costs associated with the lawyer, printing the letters, envelopes, and stamps for the mailing and return envelopes.
- Mailbox stands – Ideal Landscaping (Robert Langdon) fixed the loose post on the mailbox stand by Scott Chase’s residence and replaced rotten side boards on three mailbox stands. The three mailbox stands with the rotten side boards are from the traffic circle on 328th towards 327th. Completed
