2024 Budget Ratification Meeting
November 13, 2024
1) Call Meeting to Order:
· Lionel at 7pm
2) Attendance and verification of quorum:
· Board Members Present: Lionel Candido Flores, Megan Cross, and Chris Holle.
· Ray Vefik
· No quorum
3) Reading/Approval of Minutes:
· waived, quorum not met last meeting
4) HOA Report - Lionel
· Compliance
o violations are decreasing after years of consistency
· 2024 projects completed
o Reserve study
o Park furniture refurbished instead of replacement, hoping for 5 more years to replace
o Park drainage repairs
o Entrance shrubs were pruned again to prevent encampments
o Entrance fences replaced
o Bark project from 2023 completed in early 2024
· Planned projects
o Upcoming Reserves projects (possible top off of play chips, concrete repairs, basketball assembly, wood fence closing off neighbor access)
o Irrigation repairs once drainage is fixed
o Stain Entrance fences

· Discussion of Board-approved annual budget and vote to
· Board-approved annual budget automatically ratified as no vote was held
