The annual owners meeting of the Vintage Hills Homeowners Association is scheduled for Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 7:00 PM. In consideration of the safety of all owners, we will be holding the meeting via Webex, the meeting information is below:

During the meeting, board elections will take place for open or expired positions. A vote will also be taken on whether to do an audit of the 2021 tax year. Additionally, our Community Association Managers, along with the board, will preside over an open forum for homeowners to ask questions. 

It is important for every homeowner to try to attend this meeting but if you can't attend, please return your enclosed proxy, indicating who you would like to authorize to cast your votes on your behalf.  Either email or mail the proxy back, prior to the start of the meeting. Proxies must be submitted prior to the start of the planned meeting time for validation by the Secretary. 29 votes in person or by proxy are required to be able to vote on any business matters.
