The annual budget meeting of the Vintage Hills Homeowners Association is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 7:00 PM. In consideration of the safety of all owners, we will be holding the meeting via Webex, the meeting information is below:

During the meeting, the board will present the board approved 2021 budget for member ratification. A vote will also be taken on whether to do an audit of the 2020 tax year. Additionally, our Community Association Managers, along with the board, will preside over an open forum for homeowners to ask questions.  See the agenda included for more meeting details on the back of this notice.

It is important for every homeowner to try to attend this meeting but if you are unable please return your enclosed proxy, indicating who you would like to authorize to cast your votes on your behalf.  Either fax, email or mail the proxy back, take it to one of the directors who will bring it to the annual meeting or have your neighbor attending bring it to the meeting prior to the start of the meeting. Proxies must be submitted prior to the start of the planned meeting time for validation by the Secretary.
