- Nothing to report

- Property Inspections
- No December inspections planned. Michael to complete January inspection proper to next BOD meeting.
- Future inspection schedule/assignments to be discussed at next BOD meeting.
- New woodchips/mulch for playground.
- Pending receipt & review of additional estimates from Aardvark. Tim’s Landscape estimate received previously.
