To set up an Online Payment, please visit our online owner portal at my.managementtrust.com and select the “make a payment” page and then selecting the recurring payment option. Alternatively use your banks bill payer service and include your account number when you sign up. Using free bank bill payer saves the ach sign-up fee to the association.
Payments Via Check: If you prefer to mail a check for your assessments, or have your banking institution send a check on your behalf, please make your payments payable to: Living at Bridges HOA and the payment must include your new account reference number (located on the billing statement). Please keep in mind that assessment payments are due by the 1st of the month so planning in advance for mailing time is necessary to avoid future late fees.
