1) Call Meeting to Order 7:05 PM (Eydie in Lieu of Megan)
2) Attendance and verification of quorum (7 required) No quorum, just 2 of 3 board members present (Jared and Sarah)
3) Reading/Approval of Minutes from December 2021 annual meeting waived, no quorum present
4) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer
- Review of MyHOA Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings--invoices sent, ACH program cancelled
- Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves-better than last year, 5 in arrears vs 9, 1 in collections.
5) HOA Manager’s Report (Eydie from MyHOA-Online.com LLC)

- Discussion of and vote to ratify board approved 2023 budget--automatically ratifies per RCW
- Nomination and election for board positions -- no quorum, board volunteered to stay on again
