Community Development
Northshore Ridge Homeowners' Association was originally developed by Hawthorne Glen 12, LLC
The Builders
The homes in Northshore Ridge Homeowners' Association were built by RM Homes, LLC
Management
The HOA was handed off to the homeowners on 11/2/2020. Association Management at the time of hand off was Red-E Management (a division of Red-E Trucking, Inc.).
The HOA was managed by J & M Management from 6/29/2018 to 3/1/2022
Transitioned to MyHOA-online.com 3/1/2022
The HOA is managed by MyHOA-online.com LLC, a local online business devoted to empowering communities that prefer self-management over traditional property management. MyHOA-online.com LLC works closely with the HOA Directors and Officers and provides them with the back-office support to ensure that the business of the association is managed in a consistent, open and transparent way so that the HOA can do the job its members expect - represent their interests and protect the property values of the community.
