BYLAWS ARTICLE VIII: KEEPING RECORDS AND REPORTS

The Treasurer shall keep complete and accurate books and records prepared according to generally accepted accounting principles. Such books and records, authorizations for payment of expenditures, audited financial statements, if any, and all contracts and other financial records of the Association shall be available for examination, upon request, by any Member or his/her designated representative, agent or attorney, during normal business hours, and under other reasonable circumstances. The Secretary shall keep complete and accurate corporate records and files.
